How To Read A Supplement Label (So You Don't Get Fooled)
"Proprietary blend" sounds official. It usually means something else entirely.
What "proprietary blend" actually hides
When a label lists a blend total instead of individual ingredient amounts, you have no way to know if the active ingredient is present at a meaningful dose or a token amount designed to let the brand claim it's "included."
What to check for
- Are individual ingredients named, even if doses aren't published?
- Does the brand disclose known stimulants, like caffeine sources?
- Is the guarantee written in plain language, not buried in a linked PDF?
- Is it a one-time purchase, or does checkout quietly enroll you in a subscription?
Where SodaFit stands
All six SodaFit ingredients are named individually on the label. Per-serving amounts aren't published, which we think is worth telling you plainly rather than glossing over. See our full ingredient breakdown for specifics.
